Shipping policy
** SHIPPING DELAYS DUE to COVID are not the responsibility of BPP** we make every effort to ship your package as quickly as possible! but cannot control packages once they leave us!!
Items will be shipped via USPS with tracking. Please make SURE your mailing address is correct, I am not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address.
If a package is marked as delivered by the post office and you do not have it you need to contact your local branch - they have had to have had it to scan it.
Packages that are shipped priority are insured by the post office and can be claimed by the shipper and remade if they are not delivered with in 15 days of the expected delivery date.
First Class packages that are lost are not insured, we will work with you to replace at a discounted price.
